Détente And Secret Wars

Explore the 1970s, a decade dominated by changes in Cold War diplomacy and secret wars. The beginning of the 70s saw the US exit from Vietnam. Followed by a policy of détente (relaxation), leading to a certain degree of Soviet-American relations. Despite this, secret wars were prevalent in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
