This Albanian banknote represents the 4th denomination of the Second Lek (Series 1976). The observe depicts a woman working at a textile factory. The reverse depicts Albanian bureaucrats and peasants socializing outside the Palace of Culture. To the right is a portrait of Albanian national hero Naim Frashëri.
