This small Tajik banknote represents the 4th denomination of the Tajik Somoni (Series 1999). The observe features an illustration of Ismail Samani (849-907 CE), Amir of Transoxiana and Khorasan. The reverse depicts a road winding through the Pamir Mountains. Notably a single Somoni is divided into 100 Dirams. (Note Size: 110 x 60 mm or 4.22 x 2.36 in)
