This small Bolivian banknote represents the 1st denomination of the First Boliviano (Series 1928, Emission 1952). The observe features a portrait of General Simón Bolívar (1783-1830), founder of Bolivia. The reverse features a ornate Bolivian Coat of Arms, flanked by number "1"s on guilloché backing.
