This Vietnamese banknote represents the 4th denomination of the Second Dồng (Series 1985). The observe depicts the Flag Tower of Hanoi, which predates the French colonial era. The reverse features an illustration of the city of Hue, on the Perfume River. Notably Hue's citadel is also known as the "The Purple Forbidden City". (Note Size: 116 x 58 mm or 4.57 x 2.28 in)
