This small Dutch Antillean banknote represents the 2nd denomination of the Antillean Gulden (Series 1970). The observe depicts a flying Dutch Antillean Airlines DC-9-15, representing the nation's tourism industry. The ornate reverse features the 1964 version of the Antillean Coat of Arms. (Note Size: 155 x 66 mm or 6.10 x 2.60 in)

  • The Netherlands Antilles was a former Dutch colony, turned constituent state.

  • Netherlands Antilles officially disbanded in 2010, forming 3 separate island nations and special municipalities, respectively.

  • The Netherlands Antillean Guilder's ISO Code is ANG, short for ANtilliaanse Gulden.

  • Currently the Antillean Guilder is the currency of the island nations of Curaçao and Sint Maarten.

  • Curaçao and Sint Maarten will use the Antillean Guilder until 2023-2024, pending adoption of the proposed Caribbean Guilder.

  • The 3 special municipalities known as the Caribbean Netherlands, adopted the US Dollar on 1 January 2011.
