This small Moldovan banknote represents the 1st denomination of the Leu (Second Series, 2015). The observe features an illustration of Stephen the Great, ruler of Moldavia from 1457 to 1504. The reverse depicts the Căpriana Monastery, amongst the oldest in Moldova. Notably the design of the Second Series Leu, has remained the same since 1994. (Note Size: 114 x 58 mm or 4.48 x 2.28 in)
