This WWII-era Imperial Japanese banknote represents the 2nd denomination of the Yen Series (1944). The observe features Hakkō ichiu monument. The monument was named after a nationalist term, stating Japan's divine right to "unify the eight corners of the world”. The reverse features Kanji, it translates to “Bank of Japan Note” and "10 Sen". (The note's dimensions are: 106 x 52 mm or 4.17 x 2.04 in)
